She currently works as a design researcher at TPXimpact, a consultancy specialising in public sector transformation. She has previously worked in marketing, management consultancy and user experience design.

Nataly grew up and went to school in Woking. Following the abduction of her children from their home in Woking, she is fighting for their return alongside other parents impacted by the same issue. The grassroots collective she founded, Family Court Crisis, is a member organisation of the Women’s Resource Centre, and supports victims of domestic abuse and families with special educational needs, disabilities, complex healthcare needs and racial inequalities to access justice in their dealings with the courts, children’s services and other bodies.

To support her efforts campaigning for children and families, Nataly maintains a Substack, Family Court Crisis. She is an Associate Member of the National Union of Journalists.

In 2023 Nataly was elected to the Policy Council of Liberty, the human rights organisation. She is a member of the PPG of her local GP practice and is passionate about protecting the NHS and other public services from privatisation. For the 2024 elections she has launched a campaign website, www.cleanhands.org.uk, to encourage voters to check if their candidates have vested financial interests.
