I am proud to live and work in Great Yarmouth.
Full statement
As a teacher, mum, pre-school chair, youth worker and school governor I care passionately about my local community and its residents.
After listening to concerned parents I set up a weekly Youth Club at Cobholm Community Centre, to which 25 young people and 5 volunteers now regularly attend. I understand local concerns and as co-founder of the award-winning community training provider The Bread Kitchen, have met them by delivering employability, confidence and personal development workshops.
I am determined to use my extensive hands-on knowledge of Cobholm and Southtown to actively represent my community in the role of councillor.
