Stephen Charles Kerr is a Scottish politician serving as convener of the Education, Children and Young People Committee since 2021. A member of the Scottish Conservatives, he has been a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the Central Scotland region since 2021. He was previously Member of Parliament (MP) for Stirling from 2017 to 2019.
