Statement to voters
I’m a lifelong Gateshead resident who was born into a mining family, raised to value hard work, so I understand the pressures facing the residents of High Fell to make ends meet.
Full statement
What we face today is not a matter of whether you are left or right it is a matter of what is right and wrong within our community. I am standing in High Fell to challenge wasteful spending. That’s why I championed one of our Reform Councillors to fund the up and coming by-election on the 9th July, so that residents would not have to foot the bill from their hard earned money. I also believe in common sense, fairness, transparency and a strong local voice.
