David Emmins — Welsh Conservative candidate for Hengoed
I'm standing to be your councillor for Hengoed because this community deserves a strong, local voice on Caerphilly County Borough Council.
I'll focus on well-maintained roads and pavements, sensible spending of council money, support for our local high streets, and a clean, safe environment for local families.
I'm backed by former Senedd candidate Gareth Potter, and together we'll be out talking to residents throughout the campaign.
If elected, I'll be accessible, hard-working, and focused on getting things done for Hengoed.
I'd be grateful for your vote on 6th August 2026.
