Raised in Charnwood, educated in Oxford and back in the county dedicating his time to public service and our communities.

Hamzah is training in law and has spent his time working in the Civil Service, and is currently managing a local charity as Trustee of Citizens Advice Charnwood.

As a Green candidate, Hamzah has promised he will champion social justice and environmental action, because a fairer society, a healthier environment and better living standards go hand in hand.

And with huge changes ahead as local government moves towards a unitary authority, Hamzah is determined that no community is left behind.

He’ll be a councillor who listens, works hard and makes sure residents have a strong voice in the decisions that affect them.
