A long‑time Worksop resident, Anne’s roots run deep through her family, her church community and her involvement with regional environmental groups.

Full statement

She’s standing to help tackle the issues that matter most to people across Worksop East:
From protecting our local environment and supporting families, to building stronger & more resilient communities through greener practices, she will continue to support local businesses for the future.

Anne is ready to focus on key #Bassetlaw priorities:

Cleaner & greener communities - Addressing environmental issues, all while protecting nature and supporting renewable energy projects.

Growing Local, supporting local - Backing local businesses, strengthening our local economy and helping our community grow & thrive.

Protecting our community services — Standing up for the services residents rely on for safety, health and wellbeing. Helping to protect & secure their future.

Affordable household bills - Being a Worksop resident who is also being impacted by rising energy costs, Anne wants Bassetlaw to own their own energy sources, ensuring Bassetlaw can use any profit from selling excess energy to reduce bills and benefit the local workforce.

For a cleaner, greener Bassetlaw — support local, vote local, vote Green.
