Statement to voters
Paul is a Kentish Man who moved to Northampton in 1982 after graduating with an Engineering Science degree from the University of Warwick. He worked initially with industrial lasers and then in the audio industry as a designer and programmer of microcomputer controlled equipment. Paul is, by nature and profession, a problem solver and believes there is plenty for him to get his teeth into in the current fiasco that is Northants local government.
