Statement to voters

As you will see from my address on your Ballot Paper when you receive it, either through the post or at the Polling Station, I am the only candidate who lives in Blenheim Park Ward.

Full statement

Be cautious of candidates who hide their address and are not being transparent! Whilst it is perfectly legal, the reason for not displaying the address could be to hide the fact that many of them do not live locally and may not have any real link to our neighbourhood.

I have lived in the heart of Blenheim Park Ward, on Glenbervie Drive, for the past 40 years. I am actively involved with a number of community groups, including the Prittle Brook Greenway Community Group. I am also Chairman of Governors at a local school within the Ward. I currently serve as a councillor on Leigh-on-Sea Town Council, so already work on behalf of some of you already!

I am a self employed consultant, and in my spare time enjoy walking, sailing, music, and bell ringing at a local tower.

I pledge to work hard on your behalf: 1. Restoring Pavements and protecting grass verges 2. Protecting weekly bin collections 3. Opposing inappropriate developments 4. Providing better facilities and public services

By electing me you will have a stronger voice for Blenheim Park Ward, enabling me to work with my hardworking colleague Cllr Helen Boyd. This means that you will have two Conservatives rather than the current unworkable three way split.

I will always put you, the residents, first. Your priorities will be my priorities. If elected I promise that I will be readily available to help you, my neighbours, with your local concerns. If elected I promise to keep in regular contact with you, and do my best to make sure that our community receives the attention it fully deserves and is not left behind.

Please trust me with your vote.

Standing up for Blenheim Park Ward, Standing up for you!
