In my working life I trained as a scientist, leaving Bath University with a first class honours degree in Microbiology.

My career has involved me leading organisations in the private sector, public sector and charity sector, mainly in health.
Thirty years as a CEO have taught me a lot about making organisations work better and how to get things done. I plan to apply that knowledge should I be elected. Click here to view my LinkedIn page and see the full detail.

Abbots Langley has been my home for 35 years. My partner and I have 3 daughters, all educated locally in state schools.
My passions are the environment and human rights.

I'm a founder member of Abbots in Transition which runs regular community markets and litter picks. Abbots in Transition were also instrumental in planting an orchard at Primrose Hill, starting the Autumnfest event, rewilding the Hunton Bridge roundabout, and reducing plastic bag use in the village.
