Statement to voters

Born and bred in West Derby, Kayleigh Halpin is Liverpool through and through.

Full statement

She's currently finishing her undergraduate degree in Maths from the University of Liverpool and regularly gives back to her community. She is a volunteer maths tutor at a local school and does widening participation work with the university promoting maths as a higher education option for disadvantaged students. Halpin made her electoral debut in the Fazakerley East By-Election standing up for residents against a complacent Labour administration in the Town Hall. She’s ready to take on Labour and says it’s time that people in West Derby have visible local MP standing up for them.
