In difficult times I have found great comfort in the countryside to which we, currently, have access. My daughter inspired me to litter pick - a year later our group has taken 350 bags of litter from New Greens. I know how to replicate this across the ward.

I began ‘Monday Suppers’ at Christ Church some 78 weeks ago; it brings people together from all backgrounds, for a delicious meal, and it’s amazing to see so many friendships being made.

You have two votes this year, to vote for two candidates. You can vote for me and my Green colleague Matthew Thomas, but if you only use one vote for the Greens, please use it for me, as the first-choice candidate. On St Albans Council there are 48 Lib Dems out of 56 councillors. The Greens are the only opposition in St Albans, as the Conservatives have no councillors in the city and Labour have no councillors at all. Such a huge majority is not healthy. The Council needs scrutiny and constructive challenge - and that’s what the Greens do.

I will always put residents first, and respond quickly to your requests for help. I will continue to work hard for our area, to make it a cleaner, greener, friendlier place to live. I believe parts of our ward have been ignored. We need a strong voice on the council. I would very much like to do that if you would select me.
