Statement to voters
I’m standing for the Green Party because no other is serious about the need to protect the environment. I’m standing for my children, and theirs. I’m standing for society with nature, not against it. I’m standing here because it’s where I live. It’s where the council has cut Open Space funding to a thread. It’s where rivers flood with both rain and waste. It’s where I start. The inability to do everything is no reason for us to do nothing.
