Graham Eric Stringer is a British politician serving as Member of Parliament for Blackley and Broughton, previously Manchester Blackley, since 1997. A member of the Labour Party, he was Leader of Manchester City Council from 1984 to 1996 and also served as chair of Manchester Airport from 1996 to 1997.
