STEVE MARSHALL is a former Councillor and School Governor seeking to return to the Council Chamber. Steve lives within the Rowner & Holbrook Ward and is Editor of the Rowner & Holbrook ‘Focus’ newsletter. A member of the Green Liberal Democrats Steve wants the Council to do more to protect our environment, increase the use of solar energy, and install more electric vehicle charging points in Gosport. A keen amateur photographer, gardener and football fan, Steve has managed a local amateur team for 30 years.
