Cllr Billy Lake lives in the heart of the new Tuebrook Larkhill Ward

He has campaigned to secure the renovation of Peter Lloyd Sport Centre, On the Planning Committee has contested the encroachment of HMO's Working with Cllr Steve Radford he led the campaign to remove the West Derby Road cycle lane scheme which caused massive traffic congestion, aggravated air pollution and undermined the shopping area

As Chair of the Tuebrook Hope Group he has led the renovation of Christ Church to become a Youth Hub whilst retaining the historic chapel
