Statement to voters

I was born and bred in Derbyshire and I live here with my young family in Hope Valley.

Full statement

I'm standing because I care about my country and I want a better future for families across the High Peak. The cost-of-living crisis, Partygate and near collapse of our public services have taken their toll on us all. I'm ready to work hard to give High Peak its future back. That means good schools and further education for our children. Access to health, social and dental care when we need them. Public transport we can rely on. A growing economy creating good jobs and opportunities for business and a stable government on people's side, not in people's way. If you live in High Peak and have any questions or if you would just like to say hello, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
