Richard John Holden is a British politician who has been Chairman of the Conservative Party and Minister without Portfolio since November 2023. He served as Member of Parliament (MP) for North West Durham from 2019 until the Dissolution of Parliament on 30th May 2024. Holden served as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Roads and Local Transport from October 2022 to November 2023.
