Statement to voters

TRUTH! This nation belongs to all who are a part of it.

Full statement

We all contribute in different ways and live together. When enough people make false promises, words stop meaning anything. Democracy must demand openness and honesty, reasons and referendums, and facts in black and white that are understandable and available to all of us. Today, one of the most important aspects is respect for different opinions. All of which should be open for reasonable challenge. Mark Tunnicliff 13.02.2019 (Part of his speech at the first-ever VAPP AGM.)

I know a lot about spending public money and do it for a living. I hate the waste I see, the double standards, and do what I can to ignore political stupidity. I am constantly writing to our local MSP and MP and am not just active over the election times. Please feel free to contact me if you would like a meeting. We need to beat the political elite at their own game. How successful that will be, time will tell.

Having served for 13 years in the Army, I don't give up easily on wanting what's best for the UK, Scotland, and my local area.
