I have lived in Kempshott for almost 30 years and since retiring have been active in nature conservation volunteering for 15 years, supporting wildlife conservation throughout Hampshire with Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust and RSPB and strengthening local community cohesion and support networks (in the absence of a Kempshott Parish Council) having been a lead member of the group which developed the Kempshott Community Plan and the community activities.

I am a keen supporter of all schemes to convert local government and residents' activities to practical, sustainable green strategies. By ensuring that sound information is available for all to making sustainable choices and by everyone making changes 'one step at a time' we have proved in the last 12 months that we can climb mountains.
