I have the commitment, the passion and energy to get things done and I have the lived experience to be able to represent the needs of people across the constituency.

After 14 years of Conservative government, people across the country are desperate for change. On the doorsteps all over Leicester and Leicestershire, people are feeling the impact of the cost of living and they feel disillusioned and hopeless. It is no surprise when week after week, the Conservatives are giving us all more and more reasons to feel let down. To make matters worse, our public services are crumbling around us and people are not able to get the care that they need, whether that’s a Drs appointment, or life-changing NHS treatment, even emergency care.

As your MP, I will fight for better public services, for schools, healthcare and policing. I will prioritise economic growth to strengthen our local communities so that they can meet the needs of those they serve. I will call for an end to sewage dumping in our beautiful rivers. I will be your voice in Parliament and your champion.
