Statement to voters

I’ve lived in our Borough for 36 years and I used to work for IBM.

Full statement

I‘ve been a member of Dummer Parish Council since 1999 and chair since 2000. I’ve seen the town expand from the edge of Brighton Hill to Beggarwood and on Hounsome Fields. Many people in Oakley & the Candovers may know me from the campaigns over Longacre and fighting to Save Old Down, most recently the fight to stop the warehouses at Junction 7. I’m deeply concerned about the sheer scale of development planned and the pressure that will put on Infrastructure – GPs, schools, roads and water.
