I grew up in Worcestershire and I joint majored in mathematics and computer science achieving a first class degree with honours, I then went on to achieve a distinction in my masters in data science from Lancaster University.

After university I moved to Wokingham to make my home here, to be near my grandparents who have always lived in Wokingham.

I have worked with a wide range of companies from housing associations to Heath clubs, and currently develop AI in the financial sector.

I'm 25 and, although young and new to the town, I was motivated by the shocking decisions of the ruling Lib Dems to get involved and stand for election.

These are difficult times for everyone, whether you're young or old, single or with a family, and our council should be doing what it can to help.

Not cutting services like weekly bin collections, and charging more for parking. I'm concerned about the impact on local businesses as the huge car park fee increases will mean that shops and restaurants here in town will struggle to compete with those outside with free car parks. I think we have a fantastic town centre and the regeneration project was a real success. I don't want to see shops, cafes and bars forced to close. It's great to have such a range within walking distance.

Talking to local residents, I know many share my concerns about the state of the roads in Wokingham. We need our fair share of roads resurfaced here and proper attention paid to the many potholes. Many are also unhappy with the proposed cuts to litter bin collections and to weed spraying and grass cutting schedules.
