“Why I’m Standing” – Sean Turner, By-Election Candidate for Maidstone Borough Council As a serving councillor, I have seen first-hand how little residents are told about the decisions being made on their behalf.

I have challenged:
Overdevelopment – thousands of houses forced on Maidstone without evidence of local need.
Government programmes – Reorganisation, Devolution, Climate and “Housing Crisis” schemes presented as if they were obligatory, when they are not.
These programmes have never been justified with facts or law, yet they cost Maidstone residents millions of pounds.
I will continue to demand:
The truth behind these policies.
Legal accountability in decision-making.
A real voice for residents, in line with the law.
I cannot do this without your support. Please lend me your vote in the Maidstone By-Election and help protect our Borough’s future.
