I'm incredibly proud to announce that I have officially been selected as the Reform UK candidate for the Dover District Council by-election for the Guston, Kingsdown & St Margaret's ward.

The ward includes St Margaret's at Cliffe, Kingsdown, Ringwould, Guston, Martin Mill, East Langdon, West Langdon, Westcliffe and Swingate.

Over the last year I've worked hard as a Kent County Councillor, helping residents, standing up for common sense and getting stuck into the issues that matter. Now I'm asking for the opportunity to do the same at Dover District Council for this community.

If elected, I will fight to:

• Put local people first for social housing.
• Make work pay.
• Stop illegal migration while stamping out racism and treating everyone with fairness and respect.
• Be a hardworking local councillor who listens, gets things done and stands up for residents.

I'm not a career politician. I'm a dad of three, I've run my own carpet business for 17 years, and I believe actions speak louder than words. If there's a problem, I'll do everything I can to help get it sorted.
