I am married, My Husband and I run our own construction business, and have two children, both whom attended local primary and secondary schools, I have also served on the Governing body of Cowick Primary School. I have also been involved with Sugar Mill Ponds, a local nature reserve, in Rawcliffe Bridge for over 8 years as Treasurer assisting to make the area an attractive place for residents and visitors, including the wildlife. I currently am a trustee for a couple of local charities, and I am sure I am better placed to improve our local area than some. I am the current Chairman of Rawcliffe Parish Council and have been involved with many projects, most recently the full replacement of the play park within Rawcliffe Bridge, having served on the parish council for 8 years. Many areas need attention in the area, Goole cannot be without a swimming pool and leisure centre for two years, these people need to be held to account. The WASPI generation need support for a Fast and Fair outcome to their cause, services for Dementia sufferers and their carers need to be available locally and accessibility to mental health services need to be faster to help people before they reach crisis point. Doctors need to become Doctors again, no more ringing 50 times at 8am to be told no appointments ring back tomorrow. People are ill today!!! Please raise to me any local matters you feel need improving or attention and I will work hard to get these issues resolved. I am a local person who wants to stand up for local people and to do that I need your vote to help, so please vote for me on the 4th July 2024
