Your Coxford Assembly would be everyday people found using known information from the last census and a very well checked random results computer program. The whole process would be as transparent as myself and the assembly members could agree with proper confidentiality for members.The assembly would have a minimum of £555 monthly spending from my councillors Allowance. A suggested monthly maximum of £250 would be available for Coxford's Assembly costs. The Coxford Assembly would decide on my council votes and contributions if reaching a 2/3 or 66% majority. Modern citizens assemblies normally reach 75%+ agreement. In the case of no assembly agreement I could abstain or vote as I thought best. In preference I would obstain to encourage agreement with further deliberation. A recent assembly making recommendations to the government on Assisted Dying reached an approximate 90% agreement.
