I’m Connor Winter, born and raised in Little Common, with deep family roots here going back generations. This isn’t just somewhere I represent — it’s my home. I live here, I work here, and I understand the issues our community faces because I see them every day.

For the past five years, I’ve delivered for residents as an Independent councillor — taking on difficult cases, challenging decisions, and getting real results. From standing up for carers and vulnerable residents, to protecting local services and backing our seafront businesses, my focus has always been the same: putting Bexhill West first.

This election is about who will genuinely represent you at County Hall. East Sussex County Council controls the services that matter most — our roads, schools, and adult social care. Yet too often, decisions are made without proper local understanding, accountability, or even basic communication with residents.

I will bring something different — strong, independent representation that answers to you, not a party machine. I will fight for properly maintained roads, safer streets, fairer social care, and real investment in our community. I will demand better standards, greater transparency, and value for your money.

Others may offer slogans or appear when it suits them. I offer a proven record, year-round visibility, and a clear commitment to this community — because I’m part of it.
