Statement to voters

I'm a Mum of 4 who moved to the area 20 years ago to live with my now husband who has lived here for generations.

Full statement

I am passionate about inclusion and improving the lives of children who have SEND and have spent years campaigning for improvements to the system. More recently I became a governor at Queensway Primary School and St Margaret's horsforth and am a member of the Leeds schools forum.

In the past I worked in the care sector, supporting elderly and disabled people. I am really passionate about ensuring their voice is heard and the impacts of policies take those voices into account.

I have campaigned locally against parking charges at netherfield road carpark as well as supporting the campaign to keep Queensway school open.
