My name is Avery Greatorex, and I am deeply passionate about serving our community here in Preston. 

Having made Preston my home years ago, I have grown to cherish every aspect of our city. From the bustling local businesses to the warmth of our tight-knit community, I am committed to ensuring that Greyfriars remains a place we are all proud to call home. Our city is undergoing exciting transformations, yet too many of our neighbours still face real hardships. This is simply unacceptable. 

No one should endure waiting in the rain for a bus that never arrives, relying on food banks to make ends meet, or shivering in a cold, unheated home. Our community deserves better, and as your Labour Candidate, I am dedicated to making meaningful change. 

While I may lack the traditional experience of a seasoned Councillor, I bring a fresh perspective and unwavering dedication to the role. Throughout my adult life, I have been a fierce advocate for communities, ensuring that every voice is heard and respected. As your elected Councillor, I pledge to leave no stone unturned in fighting for the well-being of every resident in Greyfriars.
