Statement to voters
My priority is to maintain safer and cleaner street - tackling inconsiderate parking, speeding vehicles and noise. We must resurface roads properly, rather than patch potholes. I will ensure proper scrutiny of planning applications. The new East Surrey Council will have many challenges - council funds must be spent wisely and efficiently.
