The Workers Party is the only Party of Peace in Britain and I, Dino Philippos, am standing in the constituency of Hornsey & Friern Barnet to stop our involvement in the continuing genocide in Gaza and the NATO war escalation in Europe that could lead to nuclear catastrophe and wipe out the human race.

The Labour-Tory and Liberal warmongers are talking about military conscription, more austerity, higher prices and more privatisation. It is time to stop them! We demand peace and jobs! We demand decent housing and lower rent! We demand low prices for electricity, food, water and transport! Children are dying in Gaza from bombs and bullets and in Britain we have 4.3 million children living in poverty!

Do we want to lose our NHS completely to private companies? All the tax payers money that is being wasted on killing people in Gaza and Ukraine could build, equip and staff our hospitals! We could fix the roads and give all children free school meals! We must also demand free education and an end to education tuition fees! We must also demand the lowering of taxes for working people and increasing taxes for the rich. All services for the elderly and disabled and all vulnerable groups must be made a priority. War and genocide must not be a priority. We prioritise life not death and we demand a life that we deserve because it is the workers that create wealth and provide services for people, yet we are worse off now than 30 years ago!

On July 4th Vote for me and the Workers Party so that we can bring all changes that we need and end all of these injustices! Help defeat the parties of war and poverty! My link to Hornsey and Haringey is over many years and I have lived and worked here, including as a Council Service Management member in Housing & Social Services and in the community with the local youth. Since then, I can only see the continuing deprivation and policies that have abandoned the youth and the elderly, the vulnerable people and working people who had to choose between heating or eating in winter because we live in the increasing inequality of an unjust system. These are the unacceptable results of the Labour and Conservative governments. Enough is enough! This is the time for change because we deserve better and because we will no longer tolerate the corruption we see and the lies that we hear. Do not vote for the same parties again!

I am not a career- politician like those candidates of the other parties. My roots are in community life and there should be no purpose other than to serve the community in Parliament by taking responsibility for the well-being of humanity and protecting your future. It is time for a better life!

We have on July 4th a great opportunity in the election to inflict a major defeat on the parties of war and poverty! We need to change the balance of power and create a hung-parliament. We proved it in Rochdale and in local elections that the people of Britain are ready to demand change! Help me to do this by voting for me on July 4th in Hornsey and Friern Barnet!
