I am a veteran, a business owner, and a proud Spennymoor local. I am standing to become your MP to give you a choice beyond the Tories and Labour—a choice beyond austerity and betrayal. Many of us are tired of the same rinse-and-repeat political promises and the neverchanging two-party system. I want to bring excitement back to the region and see it develop into an industrial heartland like it once was. I want to bring back blue-collar jobs to the area and deliver the social housing we desperately need. I want to change the system, fight the establishment, and protect your rights: your rights to strike, to speak out, and to protest—rights that are fundamental in our fight against an everincreasing police state and authoritarianism. Your choices matter, too. It is an uphill battle perhaps, but I will fight this battle to give you your voice back. I want to build a community we can all be proud of, where common people have a say and your wishes are respected, where our children have a future, and where we are not living paycheck to paycheck. I stand for the silent majority of this nation because I am one of you. I represent the workers, the pensioners, the poor, and the vulnerable. In this general election, lend me your vote. Don’t choose the colour of the tie! Choose excitement, choose change.
