Hi, I’m Dickie Fletcher, the Social Democratic Party candidate for Macclesfield.

I am the owner of a small, music industry based business in Manchester. I now live with my wife, cat and dog in Bollington, where I serve as a Town Councillor. We desperately need a real change to the failed policies of the last 30 years. The two party system has become a uniparty of one set of policies and values. We need to put family, community and the nation itself back at the heart of policies, and provide a fundamentally different economic path for the country that produces growth through revitalising the nation’s industrial and manufacturing base. I would be honoured to serve as the MP for the constituency of Macclesfield. I would work tirelessly to try to solve the problems facing my constituents and the country. Let’s get the nation’s confidence back. Vote SDP.
