Nataly Anderson is a strategist and collaboration lead in her own venture, a network of professionals working to enhance social justice in the design of systems and organisations.

She is a campaigner for the human rights of children and families, and in 2023 was elected to the Policy Council of Liberty, the human rights organisation. As a co-founder of Family Court Crisis, a global grassroots collective of people impacted by miscarriages of justice in family law, Nataly works within the Women's Resource Centre, the UK's largest network of grassroots women's organisations, advocating for the needs of vulnerable and marginalised women in court proceedings. Nataly is a citizen journalist writing about transparency and human rights and is an Associate Member of the National Union of Journalists. Nataly grew up and went to school in Woking. She holds a degree in Russian Studies from the University of Leeds and an MBA with dual specialisations in real estate and corporate finance from Central University Business School, Budapest, Hungary. She has worked in marketing, management consulting and technology roles in the UK, Czech Republic and Croatia. As a student she worked in hospitals and care homes.
