I'm a firm believer in a fairer society that works for everyone, and a sustainable society which provides for everyone in it without destroying the environment we share with nature.
Full statement
If elected I would fight for local issues as well as holding any government to account to ensure that we make the future a better place for the next generation, with fully-funded public services such as the NHS and social care, fight for public ownership and efficient running of utilities such as water supply, and to ensure that we have clean, sustainable energy available to all at a price which will improve living standards and reduce our impact on the environment at the same time.
