Statement to voters
My name is Emily and I have been involved with the green party for several years.

I've been politically active for my whole life and I am passionate about green issues and left wing politics. I am currently the co chair for my local group in East Berkshire, where I work alongside a brilliant group of greens to raise awareness of green issues and support our local councillors. I have a masters degree in engineering and I work as an engineering project manager at a materials testing company. I am on the sustainability committee and I have tried to bring more focus to green issues within my organisation. I am a keen open water swimmer and I am furious at the state of the sewage pollution in this country. One of my key election focuses will be to raise awareness and campaign on the issue of sewage in our seas and rivers.
