Only Labour can beat the Conservatives here, and only Labour will get Bracknell’s future back. I’m not a career politician. Like my parents, I’ve worked my whole career in education. I’m a university lecturer and school governor, and I advise a national education charity on policy. Before that, I was a school teacher. I’m standing to be Bracknell’s Labour MP because I want to re-build our public services and help families struggling with the cost of living crisis. After 14 years under the Conservatives, we need change. I know first-hand what the Tories have done to our schools. We don’t have enough teachers, our kids’ mental health is suffering, and SEND students have been abandoned. On everything from the NHS to public transport, the environment to the cost of living, fourteen years of Tory government have robbed this country of its future. In Bracknell, Crowthorne and Sandhurst, only Labour can beat the Tories. That’s why I am asking every voter to make a simple choice. More of the same with the Tories, or change with Labour.
