I’m well connected in the community, I also have a strong track record in healthcare, business, leadership and getting things done. On that note, I have the time and resources to get things done for the people of Battersea and to be a loud voice for my constituency in Parliament. I live just off Clapham Common, went to school in Dulwich and University at Kings College Hospital so I’ve been in and around this area most of my life and know very well the advantages and challenges in living here. 1. Immediate, unconditional ceasefire, recognition of the Palestinian state and justice for Palestine.
2. Push through the Northern Line extension to Clapham Junction.
3. Help the homeless off the street and all unemployed into aspirational work, specifically by supporting recycling, clean-up and repair initiatives.
4. Empower our teachers, police, doctors, dentists and nurses to reduce bureaucracy and save our NHS.
5. Tackle the cost of living crisis and poor waterways by nationalising utility companies.
6. End the licence fee and move to a high quality BBC subscription service.
7. Public owned alternatives to Amazon, Netflix and Starbucks with all profits going back into the UK.
