Vote for justice – Md Somon Ahmed BSc ( Hons) GMICE, AssocRICS Dear Residents, I am a Civil Engineer and Quantity Surveyor (AssocRICS) , developing my estate agents called “ ConstructionAid Professionals Ltd “ and a small volunteering organisation called “ ConstructioAid UK Ltd”.

I have completed the “Geevor Tin Mine Museum” for Cornwall Council, Cornwall. I was a Global Poverty Ambassador in 2013 and a Global Poverty Advocate in 2014. Since I was young, I have been working to eradicate poverty and get engaged in various community services. I have developed 13 companies, among them 6 companies are social enterprises serving communities, and 2 companies are legal services. I do vulnerable people who are struggling with immigration via McKenzie Friends and McKenzie Friend Solicitors. Especially “Bangladesh Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment Ltd" is dedicated to helping Bangladeshi in the UK and Bangladesh. I am developing “UK Bangladesh Research centre” to conduct substantive research on various social –economic issues in relation to the UK and Bangladesh. I will work for fair immigration policies, ensuring jobs for graduates and International students, increase funding for NHS and fair wages for NHS staff, especially enhancing service quality for mental health, children, and elderly people, and will seek increased funding to the Department of Work and pensions so that hardworking people get hassle and stress-free social welfare support e.g. universal credit, sought for tough regulation for preventing data by cyber fraud or by various corporate companies. My manifesto I have 24 years of experience working on poverty alleviation and human development for serving communities. I know some important issues for communities, suffering year after year in Bethnal Green and Stepney constituency. I can work efficiently and competently with my professional skills and knowledge as follows: 1. Work on housing crisis and implement policies for fair rental policies for communities. 2. Work on local council and DWP (Department of Work and Pensions) to provide required support for families who are struggling with jobs and universal credit. 3. To implement stringent security policies to reduce crime. 4. Research the NHS and increase it’s funding to ensure communities receive timely referrals with specialists for specific diseases. Additionally, and make local GPs more resourceful with more NHS staffs. 5. Ensure increased funding for public mental health and immediate specialist appointment for children and elderly people. 6. Ensure fair wages for doctors, nurses, dentists and all others NHS staffs. 7. To support local businesses, increase jobs, and reduce exploitation of wages or earning. 8. Conduct comprehensive research and review all immigration policies to ensure they align with British values for respect of common law or domestic law for the best interest of justice. 9. Take preventive measure against any fraud, improve cyber security to protect public’s personal data in e-visa mechanism and ensure quality services on border. 10. Put on end to the theft of personal information and ID by fintech companies. 11. End tax avoidance schemes by the wealthy and stop tax cuts for the rich. 12. Stop exploitation by taxi companies to ensure right payment for Uber drivers and ensure freedom of earning by withdrawing income threshold for hard working people e.g. Uber drivers, cleaners etc. 13. Ensure religious harmony for working together for facing most difficult time in the world. 14. Stop discrimination in employment through agency mechanism and implement fair legislation so that fresh graduate gets job in the required field. 15. Work on legalise undocumented migrants within 14 years long residency route.   Standing up for communities in Bethnal Green and Stepney

1. Housing Crisis and Social Welfare •Address the housing crisis and implement fair rental policies for communities. •Collaborate with local councils to support families struggling with jobs and universal credit. •Enable fresh graduates to obtain mortgages with government support, regardless of income, and eliminate discrimination by abolishing the credit score mechanism. 2. Public health and NHS • Increase research and funding for the NHS to improve community access to specialist referrals for specific diseases and enhance the resources available to local GPs with more NHS staff. • Secure additional funding for public mental health services, ensuring immediate specialist appointments for children and the elderly. • Guarantee fair wages for doctors, nurses, dentists, and all other NHS staff. 3. Religious Harmony and Peace •Promote religious harmony and peace to foster collaboration in facing the world’s most challenging times. 4. Education, Research and Development •Conduct research to develop an effective educational system and materials for children. •Study the impact of technology-dependent educational materials on children’s mental growth and screen time. •Investigate why graduates struggle to find jobs in their fields and often end up in unrelated work. •Require every university to have a job support unit to help students gain experience and secure employment after graduation. 5. Immigration •Conduct thorough research and review all immigration policies to ensure they align with British values and respect common and domestic laws for the best interest of justice. •Perform extensive research to prevent fraud, protect personal information through the e-visa system, and ensure fair and efficient border services. 6. Good Governance •Implement stringent security policies to reduce crime. •Eliminate tax avoidance schemes for the wealthy and prevent tax cuts that benefit them. •Support local businesses, create jobs, and prevent wage exploitation. 7. Sustainable Economic Growth and Employment •Enforce fair employment practices to eliminate discrimination through agency mechanisms, ensuring fresh graduates secure jobs in their fields. •Prevent exploitation by taxi companies by guaranteeing fair pay for drivers and removing income thresholds for hardworking people. •Artificial Intelligence must be regulated and should not take over jobs remotely. 8. Cyber Fraud and Digital Economy •Prevent Fintech companies from stealing personal information and IDs. • Artificial Intelligence must not be used to create fraud online for collecting personal information and person IDs. • Facial Recognition technologies should be banned. •Digital currencies should be controlled to protect digital economy where public is being victimised because of their personal data is being used. I have been working to eradicate poverty since I was young. I have dedicated my life to the betterment of the public and communities. I would try to do so for the rest of my life for justice and human rights. I have reached so far to you today, now it is your judgment to vote for the right person for change.
