No matter who we elect things will get worse, cuts will be made and after 45 plus years of cuts we are in a downward spiral that no politician or councillor can stop.

What made our country GREAT was not the politicians or councillors it was the ordinary person like you and me. It was the ordinary person who fought their way off the beaches on D Day, it was the ordinary person who won that war.

Like Churchill I offer you no more than toil and sweat to put right what is wrong. To mend what is broken. To bring community spirit and HOPE to our constituency.

Although I am a professional Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an expert witness in Landlord and Tenant and building disputes and recognised by media as having the expertise to regularly be consulted on TV News, radio news, Panorama and in the press, I lead by example,

I get my hands dirty, I paint the bollards, posts, kerbs that have been neglected, I clean the dirt off the streets, I remove the graffiti.....

The politicians are taking pride in offering YOU nothing new. What I offer you is that WE the Residents of Eltham & Chislehurst take back control, exceed our authority and build a Community, Build Hope, Restore Faith and improve our Well Being.

TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE

WE can leave a legacy to be proud of. I cannot do this on my own - I need YOU to become Revolutionary in a Positive Uplifting way and to join me in fighting back against years of cuts and neglect.

What we all know is this:-

Charlie our Conservative candidate will not get in, that our Reform candidate will take some votes from Charlie but will not get in. That the Lib Dems will not get in, that the invisible Green candidate will not get in - Voting fior any of these candidates is a wasted votes. AND We all know that after the election, and true to form, all the candidates apart from Clive, Charlie and myself will disappear without a trace never to be heard of again.

So, being entirely realistic, I invite YOU to waste your vote on me instead of the other "Also Rans". Help me come second!

At least I have given of my time and money to improve safety and improve OUR Constituency.

By coming in second place to Clive in this strong Labour dominated Constituency it will make a bold statement!
