Well,as an Arnold I promised in the the general election and the by election "I'll be back"

And I am back

I was initially asked to stand in the General Election by constituents who saw what I have been undertaking to improve Eltham.

I am a professional Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an expert witness in Landlord and Tenant and building disputes and recognised by media as having the expertise to regularly be consulted on TV News, radio news, Panorama and in the press, I lead by example,

I get my hands dirty, I paint the bollards, posts, kerbs that have been neglected, I clean the dirt off the streets, I remove the graffiti..... I plant up neglected areas. To check out what I have been up to, and see how others are now joining in, check out "We Love Eltham" on Facebook.

Whilst others offer more of the same - more cuts, worse services, I offer you something different. If we want change then WE the Residents of Eltham must take back control, exceed our authority and build a Community, Build Hope, Restore Faith and improve our Well Being.

TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE

Whilst others only offer more cuts in an ever downward spiral WE can leave a legacy to be proud of. I cannot do this on my own - I need YOU to become Revolutionary in a Positive Uplifting way and to join me in fighting back against years of cuts and neglect.

I am a local Activist working for YOU even though you have never asked me to do so.and even though I am unpaid AND:- IF a miracle occurs and I were to be elected rest assured that I will be entirely different to any councillor you have had previously.

I will continue to work to improve OUR Eltham whether elected or not.

My work is for Local issues, NOT national or international issues. Local Councils are about Local Issues and I will keep it that way.
