My choice in becoming a Green Party candidate stems from my dual roles as an educator and a parent.

As a teacher with over fifteen years of experience, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the educational system and the importance of sustainable practices in shaping future generations. I am also deeply aware of the issues young people are personally impacted by in today’s society. Additionally, as a mother, I am acutely aware of the challenges families face in today’s world, particularly concerning climate change and its impact on our children’s future. This personal connection drives my commitment to advocating for policies that prioritise ecological sustainability, equality, and community well-being, making me a passionate and effective representative for the Green Party.
