Statement to voters
The Lib Dems and SNP have failed the Far North.
Full statement
The SNP have had 18 years and yet our education has got worse, the NHS is cut back, councils have been underfunded, and the A9 is still not dualled. The Lib Dems had the chance to call for this, but voted for an SNP budget without getting any concessions on the A9. They can't be trusted to deliver.
Only the Scottish Conservatives are providing a real alternative to this failure. We will cut income taxes, remove red tape to get the A9 dualled, and bring Common sense back to a Scottish Government which has ceased to work for the Highlands.
