Statement to voters

My name is Kieran Mishchuk and I am Canterbury City South’s Reform UK candidate for the upcoming election on Thursday 1st May.

Full statement

I am standing for the people of this great, historic city because it has become evidently clear that the Conservative led Kent county council has failed to put our best interests first! Social care is struggling, schools are underfunded, anti social behaviour is rising, parking is inadequate, road infrastructure is an embarrassment, green spaces are being built on and local businesses are feeling the ever growing pressures of increasing taxes and red tape - Canterbury deserves so much better!

My journey with Reform UK started early last year, after studying politics and realising that none of the main parties had my interests at heart and all are full of lies - only Reform UK stuck out to me as the party that could guarantee my future. Unlike the other parties, Reform UK is built on solid, honest grassroots, who care about this country and it’s unique culture & communities. Just like me, Reform UK realises the importance of quality of life, which is too often overlooked! I will fight for better services, improved infrastructure and focus on supporting community projects & groups all around Canterbury!

Despite what we are labelled online and by opposition parties, who are trying to use fear to cling on to power; we are the party of hope, not hate - and millions around the UK are realising this! The Reform UK movement is growing astronomically because we care about family, community & country, because we believe in unity & progress, because we believe that hard work should be rewarded, and because we are speaking for tens of millions of overlooked Britons that have been abandoned by the system!

The other parties put young candidates forward to simply look good, Reform UK has put me & other young candidates forward because we know what we’re talking about, we are growing up and living in modern Britain too! The view that young people don’t understand politics is a tactic to keep out of touch politicians in power, but Reform UK is tearing that view apart! If you want real progress, if you want real representation, then you need to consider Reform UK in this election.

Reform UK is the alternative that this great city needs and if, like me, you’re fed up of being taking for granted, ignored, labelled and having your money wasted, then I urge you to vote for me on the 1st of May!

A vote for Reform UK is a vote for a better Britain!
