The City of London ‘corporation” is the governing body of the Square Mile with 25 wards each represented by one alderman/woman and common councillors. The alders are elected by you in a unique local authority where both businesses and residents get to vote. As an FT journalist and senior manager at one of the world’s most trusted media brands, I will defend your interests and the City’s with energy, independent thinking, and the ability to ask tough questions when needed. I stand for leaner and transparent decision-making and genuine sustainability.
