With experience on a Planning Committee and in Land Management, John brings valuable expertise to tackling the issues of overdevelopment and ensuring sustainable growth in Rochester East and Warren Wood.
John is also a hands-on individual, enjoying hobbies such as tending his allotment and working on the renovation of an 1880s property in his spare time. His practical skills and understanding of land use position him as a strong advocate for protecting and enhancing the local environment.
“I have always been passionate about serving the community as a whole,” John said. “Being on the Planning Committee has given me firsthand insight into the challenges we face with development in our area. I believe we need to focus on ensuring our services and infrastructure can keep up with the needs of our growing population.”
