This isn’t really about left or right. It’s about what kind of place we want Norfolk to be, and how we look after each other.

People here value honesty, hard work, and community. But a lot of people feel things aren’t working as they should, costs are rising, services are stretched, and decisions often feel distant from everyday life.

I’m standing because I think we can do better by getting back to some simple principles: telling the truth, spending public money carefully, and focusing on what actually matters to people day to day, we want reliable local services, support when it’s needed, and a fair deal for our towns and villages.

I care about protecting what makes Norfolk special, our countryside, our villages, our sense of place, while making sure people can build a decent life here, whatever their background.

We won’t all agree on everything, and that’s okay. But we can choose to be respectful, to listen carefully, and to work together where it counts.

For me, this is about rebuilding trust. It’s about being open, being straightforward, and putting community first.
