Tom Mc Inerney has lived in the Royal Wootton Bassett area since 2004 having grown up in Jersey, studied his degree in Portsmouth and moved to the Swindon area for his graduate role.

In 2008 Tom co-founded a technology company which grew from a single office in the Brinkworth House business centre to offices and warehouses in Royal Wootton Bassett and London servicing music and sporting events across the UK, Europe and the US.

Tom and his young family, their cat and four ducks live on Brynards Hill and enjoy being part of our community.

Tom has been a firefighter and medical responder for the local on-call station for over 12 years.

Alongside his business and firefighting work Tom has previously supported various charities in a non-executive role.

Tom believes that;

- We should support our community with the right investment in housing, that should include the right infrastructure

- That all parts of our community should be represented with a strong voice; this is what Tom will bring

- We should support local businesses so they can employ local people

- We should continue to make our roads safer

With a significant background in business, Tom brings a wealth of experience and will use his energetic drive to improve our community.
