Since retiring as School Business Manager at Paxcroft Primary, I've had the privilege of serving as Town Councillor for Trowbridge Drynham Ward and was deeply honoured to be elected Mayor of Trowbridge from 2021-2022, an experience that enhanced my appreciation for our town's vibrant community spirit.

I remain an active volunteer with many local organisations, including Trowbridge Lions Club, BCUSG (Bath Cancer Unit Support Group), and Trowbridge Leer Twinning Association. I'm also a Trustee of The Trowbridge Guild of Community Service and The Trowbridge Almshouses Trust, and currently Chairperson of the Trowbridge Fairtrade Group.

On a personal note, I've been married for 43 years and cherish spending time with our family, including two sons and three young grandchildren.

I am standing for re-election as a Town Councillor and election as a Wiltshire Councillor, as I believe there is still significant work to be done both in Drynham and Trowbridge. I am committed to making a positive contribution to our community and will continue to address residents' concerns and advocate for action. Through engagement with residents, I am acutely aware of their concerns regarding the poor condition of our roads and pavements, traffic issues, and the desire to protect our open green spaces. Importantly, residents want to see investment and enhancement of our town.
